The Business Coach is a private advisory practice. It works with a small number of founders at a time, on the decisions that set the direction of the company.

The premise is simple. A company grows to the size of its founder's decisions, then stops.

Past the first scale, the constraint is rarely effort. It is judgment under pressure, with less time to think and more riding on each call. The role of an advisor is to hold that thinking with you: to separate the work that needs you from the work that does not, and to make sure the few decisions that compound are made well.

The Business Coach is built for that. Not a course to consume, not a network to join. A direct relationship with someone whose only job, in the room, is the quality of your next move.
