The Business Coach is a private advisory practice. We work with a handful of founders at a time, on the decisions that set where the company goes next.
A company grows to the size of its founder's decisions, and then it tends to stall.
Past the first scale, the thing holding you back is almost never effort. It is judgment under pressure, with less time to think and more riding on each call than there used to be. Our role is to sit inside that with you: to separate what genuinely needs you from what does not, and to make sure the handful of decisions that really compound get the time they deserve.
That is what this is. You are not buying a course to get through or a network to join. You get one person across the table whose only concern, while you are in the room, is whether your next move is the right one.
